Professional Profile
Ms. DiGirolamo’s practice includes the representation of companies and individuals in State and Federal court. Her practice focuses on the defense of complex cases, including products liability actions, white collar criminal defense and business disputes. Ms. DiGirolamo has argued before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and has won or reduced in scope many cases based on pretrial motions.
Ms. DiGirolamo is a former Federal Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Dean Whipple of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri. She is a member of the Federal Law Clerk Society. She has been recognized by KC Business Magazine as a “Rising Star” for impacting business and the community. Ms. DiGirolamo is a member of the Professional Leadership Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City and has served as a “Big Sister.” She is the author of “Assisted Conception: Conception Made Easy … Unless There is a Change In Circumstances.” Medical Trial Technique Quarterly, 2001.
