Mr. Eisenbrandt concentrates in the practice of white collar criminal law and parallel proceedings primarily in federal courts. Mr. Eisenbrandt represents corporations and individuals in investigative, grand jury, Federal and State trial and parallel proceedings involving health care, environmental, government contracting, tax, public corruption, antitrust and fraud cases.  His practice includes representation in qui tam cases under the Federal False Claims Act as well as internal corporate investigations and design and implementation of corporate compliance programs.
