Mr. Kurt practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on complex class actions and securities litigation. He is a member of the firm’s securities practice group and has represented broker/dealers and registered representative in NASD arbitrations. He has also represented officers and directors in state and federal security fraud matters and derivative suits. In addition to his litigation experience in the industry, he has also worked on regulatory matters with the SEC, NASD and the CFTC. Mr. Kurt has represented clients in federal and state courts throughout the country.
