Professional Profile
Mr. DiVita has an active litigation and trial practice in employment discrimination, tort and commercial cases locally and across the country. He has practiced in state and federal courts nationwide in a variety of complex class action and product liability matters. Mr. DiVita has published several articles and monographs on different issues of substantive and procedural law and has presided as a speaker and presented at several different continuing legal education seminars on issues of federal court civil practice, rules and jurisdiction. Mr. DiVita is a member of several federal trial and appellate court bars.
