Mr. Johnson has experience in a wide range of litigation and appellate matters across the country, including commercial, tort, employment, intellectual property, insurance defense, asbestos defense, creditors’ rights, motor vehicle manufacturers, and ERISA. He has briefed or argued appeals before the Third, Eighth, Ninth and Tenth Circuits, and before the state appellate courts in Missouri. He has also practiced in areas such as real estate, contract, and corporate law, and has substantial experience in bankruptcy matters, including representation of secured and unsecured creditors, commercial and real estate lenders, priority claimants, and lessors and lessees.
