Mr. Millman practices in the area of commercial litigation, with particular experience defending employment claims, complex class actions and dealer-franchise matters. Mr. Millman also has experience litigating claims in the areas of general business torts, breach of contract, unfair competition, the Lanham Act, accountant/auditor liability, antitrust, product liability and real estate. Mr. Millman has represented clients in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies throughout the country.
